Rose Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp superfood beetroot powder
- 2 Tbsp Rose Nectar
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Fresh organic raspberries
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
Directions:
In two jars, divide the oats in half, add one cup of coconut milk to each jar. Add chia seeds, beetroot powder, Rose Nectar and sweetener of choice. Mix well and set in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add coconut yogurt and fresh raspberries on top. Enjoy! 🌹🌿
