Rose Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups organic Thai Jasmine rice
  • 1 1/2 cups full fat coconut cream
  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Rose Nectar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Coconut whipped cream for toppings
  • Fresh raspberries for toppings

Directions:

In a pan, cook the rice with coconut milk and sugar until creamy. Take off heat, add Rose Nectar and lemon juice. Decorate with coconut whipped cream and fresh raspberries. Enjoy! 🌹🌿
